Interviews in business language

The AI asks about your organization in plain terms, such as: who decides about access to customer data? Trustbird maps your answers to the standards you carry.

Drafts, not final documents

The AI writes draft policy and procedures based on your answers. A draft becomes valid only after its owner approves it.

A second look at evidence

The AI judges whether submitted evidence covers a requirement and explains why. That judgement is advice, with its own status, separate from the status you approved.

Inconsistencies flagged

The AI points out where things do not match, such as a policy that names a process your risk register does not mention.

Every judgement traceable

For each AI judgement Trustbird records which model was used, which prompt version, which input and at what moment.

Escalation when unsure

When the AI has low confidence in a judgement, it does not guess. It passes the question to a person in your organization.

Frequently asked questions

Can the AI mark a requirement as met?
No. The AI never marks a requirement as met, never publishes policy and never accepts or closes a risk. Those decisions are always taken by a named person in your organization.
How does an auditor know what the AI did?
Every AI judgement has its own status and is recorded with model, prompt version, input and moment. Exports to your auditor show which judgements came from AI and which from a person.
Does the AI replace a consultant or auditor?
No. The AI helps you prepare and maintain your management system. It does not give legal advice, it does not draw audit conclusions, and certification is granted by a certification body after an audit.
