Extra standards
Carrying a sector standard such as NEN 7510 alongside your first standard, or ISO 9001 later? Each extra standard costs 20% of your plan's base price. The standards share the same core, so a second standard is largely done already. That shows up in the price.
An IT supplier with 40 employees carrying ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 pays €199 + €39.80 = €238.80 per month.

What every plan includes
Everything Trustbird builds is in every plan. There are no modules sold separately; only an extra standard has its own price.
The management system
Context, policy, objectives, risks, competence, documented information, internal audit, management review, nonconformity and improvement: the clauses every Annex SL standard shares.
Evidence that counts once
A piece of evidence is linked to every requirement it covers, in every standard you carry. You collect it once.
The certification cycle
Certificate, certification body, surveillance audits, findings and their follow-up, and an evidence export your auditor can work from.
An audit trail on every change
Trustbird stores your security evidence, so every change in the application is recorded. Your auditor will ask for it.
AI that proposes, people who decide
Guidance, drafting and evidence assessment, in that order. Generated content is always a draft until a named owner approves it, and an AI judgement never marks a requirement as met.
Your history comes along
Imported records keep their original date and source, so a migration does not leave a gap in your file. CSV import always works.
Hosted in the EU
Strict separation between customers, encrypted storage, tested backups.
Unlimited users
A management system only works when everyone reads the policy and ticks off their tasks. We do not charge for that.
What is not included
The external audit and the certificate
You buy those from a certification body. For a small or medium-sized business in the Netherlands, an ISO 27001 certification typically costs €5,000 to €15,000, separate from Trustbird.
Implementation or consultancy
Trustbird sells no hours. Your own advisor works alongside you as a guest in your environment, free of charge.
The standards themselves
ISO and NEN sell the texts of their standards. Trustbird contains its own wording, mapped to clause and control numbers.
How we price, and why
Per organisation, not per user
Tools that charge per user penalise exactly the behaviour a management system needs: everyone reading policy, everyone completing tasks. The price depends on the number of employees in your organisation, not on how many people log in.
An extra standard for a fifth
Our whole point is that ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 come from one core and that a second standard is largely done already. That is why an extra standard costs 20% of the base price, not a second subscription.
Public, with a cap
The price is on this page. It changes at most once a year, by no more than inflation, and never by more than five percent. Your price never rises faster than the cost of living.
Cancel monthly
We invoice per month and you can stop per month. Pay a year in advance and you pay for ten months.
The co-founder price
Design partners, and whoever starts in the first year after Trustbird opens, are co-founders and keep this price for twenty-four months, even if the list price goes up.

- Is the price per user?
- No. Trustbird costs a fixed amount per organisation per month, depending on the number of employees. Every plan includes unlimited users.
- Does a second standard cost extra?
- Yes, 20% of your plan's base price. An organisation with 40 employees carrying ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 pays €199 + €39.80 = €238.80 per month.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, monthly. Trustbird invoices per month and you can stop at the end of any month. If you pay a year in advance, you pay for ten months.

- What does certification itself cost?
- That is separate from Trustbird. Trustbird helps you prepare for it and maintain it, but does not guarantee the outcome.
- Does my advisor need a licence?
- No. You invite your advisor as a guest into your environment with a limited role. There is no charge for that.
