The interview asks you about your organisation and its risks, and turns your answers into a first picture with suggestions that you take over, change or reject.
Why this protects your organisation
A management system starts with what your organisation does and where it can go wrong, not with a list of requirements. By first telling how you work, you get suggestions that fit your situation, and you do not need to know which requirement is about what. The AI prepares and suggests, you decide.
Steps
- Open Interview in the Organisation group, or click Start the interview on Today.
- Answer the question on screen and click Next question. The first question may come with a suggested answer, based on the website behind your email domain. Click Use this as a start and adjust the text.
- If an answer stays vague, the AI asks one follow-up question. It is marked Question from the AI.
- Under Suggestions from your answers, see which requirements, scope items and tasks are suggested.
- For each suggestion click Take over, fill in a change and click Take over with changes, or click Reject.
The interview lives on the Interview screen. Opening it starts it, and nothing else changes.
What the AI does and does not do
The AI picks the most relevant question, skips questions your answers already cover, and asks at most one follow-up question of its own per question. It begins with questions about your organisation and its risks. What you filled in at sign-up, it does not ask again.
From your answers the AI suggests which requirements probably apply, which parts belong in your scope and which tasks would close a gap. Every suggestion has a status of its own, with the model and the version of the instructions that produced it.
What taking over means
- A requirement gets the working decision that it applies, with the reasoning. It only enters the Statement of Applicability when you establish that.
- A scope item lands in a draft of the scope. You establish it yourself on Scope.
- A task is added as an open task.
If the AI was not sure enough, you do not see the suggestion but get a task to look at it yourself.
If it does not work
I cannot answer questions
Whoever may edit the Organisation module can answer: owners, members, and advisors with edit rights for that module. Others can read the answers and suggestions.
No questions are ready
The question bank has to be imported first. Until then the interview has nothing to ask.
I see no suggestion for my first answer
With a general email domain such as gmail.com, or a website that cannot be read, the AI makes no suggestion. You get a task to describe it yourself.
A rejected suggestion disappeared
A rejected suggestion does not come back unless you change an answer or give a new one afterwards. It can still be found in the audit log.
