Invite others gives your workspace a personal referral link and code, ready-made texts to share them, and an overview of who signed up through you. A referral that qualifies earns you a month of credit.
Why this protects your organisation
Software suppliers often get the same security questions from their customers, and a tip from a peer carries more weight than any advertisement. This screen makes passing on that tip easy and rewards it with credit on your own subscription. It has nothing to do with the security of your organisation, so use it whenever it suits you.
Steps
- Open Invite others in the Workspace group.
- Copy your link for the English or the Dutch site, or your referral code.
- Under Spread the word, pick a ready-made text for LinkedIn, email or WhatsApp, adjust it if you like, and copy or open it.
- Follow the status of each referral under Your referrals.
- Check Your credit: it is settled against your next payment.
For each referral that qualifies, you get one month of credit at the amount you pay per month, up to twelve months per calendar year. The credit is kept in your workspace and settled against your next payments, which you can see on Billing.
Your referrals
The table lists everyone who signed up with your link or code, with the date they signed up, the status and the credit it earned you. The statuses are Waiting to qualify, Qualified, Not counted and Expired.
Sharing
The ready-made texts are available in Dutch and English, each with the link to the site in that language. Email opens your own mail program with the subject and text filled in, WhatsApp opens a new message. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself.
If it does not work
I do not see Invite others in the menu
The screen is for owners and members. An advisor works for the workspace but is not its customer, so they do not see it. It is also hidden while the referral programme is paused.
A referral says Not counted
The reason is shown next to it. A sign-up from your own organisation (same email domain or VAT number) never counts, nor does one that stopped paying within the qualifying period.
Someone signed up but I have no credit yet
A referral qualifies once they have paid a yearly contract, or three months of a monthly one. Until then its status is Waiting to qualify.
