The client grants you access as a named person, with multi-factor authentication. They can adjust or revoke it at any time.

Frequently asked questions
- Do I need a Trustbird subscription of my own?
- No. The client holds the subscription for their environment and invites you as a guest, at no charge. For the conditions of the partner programme, email support@trustbird.com.
- Can an auditor change anything?
- No. Auditor access is read-only. Auditors see policy, risks, controls, evidence and the audit trail, and can use the export, but they cannot change records.
- Does Trustbird replace my role as a consultant?
- No. Trustbird is the system in which your client builds and maintains their management system. Your expertise and judgement stay yours, and certification is granted by a certification body.
