Tasks and reviews
What needs attention today. Not 93 controls to check yourself.
Cybersecurity is never finished. People join and leave, suppliers change, evidence expires. Trustbird keeps track of all of it and brings you the few things that need a human decision or action, each with an owner and a due date.
- Small, concrete actions
- A clear owner for each one
- Nothing to catch up on before an audit
Trustbird works towards you
You don't have to search Trustbird to find out what needs doing. It prepares the work, flags deviations and gathers information, so people only spend time where judgement is needed.
Access reviews
Check whether these four employees still have the right access. Trustbird prepares the list, you confirm or adjust.
Supplier reassessments
When a supplier review is due or a contract changes, the owner gets an action with what to check.
Expiring evidence
A backup report or a restore test that is more than a year old appears before it becomes a problem.
Training and policy acceptance
See who still has to complete the awareness training or accept the updated policy.
Risk reassessment
A new system or a change in a process triggers a look at the risks it affects.
Approvals
Policy, risk acceptances and decisions wait for the person who is allowed to make them.
How it works
-
01
Set the rhythm
Choose how often measures, risks and suppliers are reviewed. Trustbird suggests a sensible starting point.
-
02
Trustbird keeps watch
Due dates, expiring evidence and changes are tracked continuously.
-
03
A short list every week or two
Each owner sees only the actions that are theirs, with a clear explanation of why it matters.
-
04
Done is on record
Every completed action is recorded with name and date, and counts as evidence straight away.
Frequently asked questions
- How much time does this take?
- Typically 15 minutes a week. The work is spread across the year in small steps, so there is no crunch before an audit or a customer questionnaire.
- Does Trustbird complete tasks by itself?
- Trustbird automates what can be automated, such as collecting evidence and preparing lists. Decisions and approvals always stay with a named person.
- Will I see clause numbers in my tasks?
- Not first. A task tells you what to do and why. Underneath, you can see which requirements in which standards it covers.
