A public trust page
Show the certifications you hold and a clear summary of how you work on security and privacy. You choose what appears on the page.
Policy summaries
Publish short summaries of your policy for customers, written for readers who are not security specialists. The full documents stay internal.
Security practices
Explain in plain language how you handle topics customers ask about, such as access to their data, backups and incident response.
Controlled document sharing
Share detailed documents only with the people you approve, for example after they accept an NDA. You can see who received what.
Security questionnaires
Answer customer security questionnaires from the approved content in your management system. Each answer is reviewed by a person before it goes out.
Always the approved version
The Trust center uses only content that has been approved. When a document is updated and approved, the page reflects the new version.

Frequently asked questions
- Does the Trust center publish my internal documents?
- No. You choose what is public. Full documents are shared only with people you approve, and only once the conditions you set are met, such as accepting an NDA.
- Where do the questionnaire answers come from?
- From the approved policy, controls and practices in your management system. Answers are proposals until a person in your organization reviews and sends them.
- Does a trust page replace a certificate?
- No. The page shows how you work and which certifications you hold. The certificate itself is issued by your certification body after an audit.
